Looking to grow your business and upskill your teams? Introducing Paths, a new outcome-focused professional development series that teaches the most valuable and in-demand workplace skills. 

Each Path includes 6–10 short lessons that focus on core business needs and allow learners to isolate specific chapters based on the particular area they’re looking to develop. They’re packed with activities and prompts to deliver tons of practical takeaways and facilitate team engagement. They also feature a diverse array of visionary instructors from the worlds of business, sports, entertainment, and more who discuss how they drive change in their fields—and how you can do the same at your organization.

The first four Paths feature lessons on:

This Path contains eight brief lessons. Videos are 10 minutes in length or less and are accompanied by  one-pagers to enhance learning takeaways.

Paths encourage dynamic participation, and team members will have the chance to foster connection with, and receive feedback from, peers in a Discussion Community. Even if they prefer to work independently, learners can still jot down answers to discussion prompts to foster self-reflection and critical thinking.

Additionally, there are several exercises in an accompanying Playbook, each designed to help employees practice and apply key skills. They can work through the exercises alongside the videos, or complete them after they’re finished. They can also use the Playbook resource as a guide any time they’re looking to innovate.
